Twitter plays a large part in both global Nike product launches and local NikeStore promotions. Hence, NikeStore has a number of different Twitter accounts run by various content managers. Having a multitude of Twitter accounts is unavoidable and poses a problem for Nike as they unify their e-commerce and retail experiences.

In order to maintain brand consistency across multiple accounts, we introduced a system of Twitter icons and backgrounds that could be customized to fit each retail location, specialty store, and the global e-commerce branch of NikeStore.
